In this role, you’ll support daily store operations, guide associates, and participate in our Manager-on-Duty rotation. You’ll set the tone on the floor—modeling helpful service, solving problems, and ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and ready for business.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Deliver friendly, solution-focused customer service
  • Coach and support associates and key carriers
  • Assist with merchandising, planograms, and promotions
  • Maintain stock levels, pricing accuracy and store readiness
  • Support safety, loss prevention, and shift reporting

What You Bring 

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in retail or customer service    
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment
  • Working knowledge of merchandising and store operations

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

  • Lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and peak season

Pay & Benefits

  • $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
