In this role, you’ll support daily store operations, guide associates, and participate in our Manager-on-Duty rotation. You’ll set the tone on the floor—modeling helpful service, solving problems, and ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and ready for business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Deliver friendly, solution-focused customer service
- Coach and support associates and key carriers
- Assist with merchandising, planograms, and promotions
- Maintain stock levels, pricing accuracy and store readiness
- Support safety, loss prevention, and shift reporting
What You Bring
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in retail or customer service
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment
- Working knowledge of merchandising and store operations

Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and peak season
Pay & Benefits
- $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
