We're seeking a strong, dependable Warehouse Operations team member who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and takes pride in getting the job done right. Warehouse, receiving, inventory, or retail experience is a plus but not required — extensive training is provided from day one.
What You'll Do
- Receive, unload, sort, and organize incoming truck deliveries
- Move merchandise safely and efficiently from receiving areas to the sales floor, storage areas, and designated departments keeping merchandise flowing efficiently
- Process and organize freight, special orders, transfers, and other incoming merchandise with urgency and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, receiving area, and backroom
- Help maintain accurate inventory by ensuring merchandise is properly received, labeled, stored, and located
- Assist with stocking, replenishment, and movement of large or oversized merchandise
- Safely operate approved warehouse equipment after proper training
- Communicate effectively with the team using a radio headset throughout your shift

Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly bend, reach, climb, push, pull, and carry merchandise
- On your feet and active throughout your shift (6–8 hours)
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
