At Chick-fil-A Savannah Quarters, we are looking for experienced leaders who are passionate about serving others, building strong teams, and creating a culture of excellence. As part of our leadership team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, developing team members, and delivering the high-quality service Chick-fil-A is known for.
Position: Restaurant Leadership (Shift Leader/ Management Roles)
Compensation: Up to $25 per hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Ensure a positive, productive, and safe work environment
- Oversee daily operations, including food safety, service, and quality standard
- Manage shift responsibilities such as labor, inventory, and guest satisfaction
- Model Chick-fil-A’s values of hospitality, excellence, and care in all interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or related industries
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- A servant-leadership mindset and commitment to excellence
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- 1–2 years of leadership experience (restaurant/retail preferred)
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and drive for results
- Ability to coach and manage team performance
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous roles such as Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Manager a plus
