Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and sew fabric for custom upholstery projects.
- Repair and replace upholstery on various types of furniture.
- Collaborate with the design team to select appropriate fabrics and patterns.
- Ensure all projects meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate and maintain sewing machines and other equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using industrial sewing machines.
- Strong understanding of different types of fabrics and their properties.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and blueprints.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
