ob Responsibilities:

As a Trim Carpenter at The Restoration Station, you will be responsible for:

  • Disassembling and restoring existing cabinets:
  • Carefully disassemble existing cabinetry for restoration purposes.
  • Assess and repair any damages to ensure the restoration process meets high-quality standards.
  • Fabricating new cabinetry and millwork:
  • Utilize trim carpentry skills to fabricate new cabinetry and millwork pieces.
  • Interpret blueprints and design specifications to create custom pieces tailored to client needs.
  • Installation of cabinetry:
  • Execute precise and efficient installations of new and restored cabinetry.
  • Ensure proper fit, finish, and functionality according to project requirements.
  • Collaboration with the team:
  • Work closely with other craftsmen and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter in cabinetry and restoration work.
  • Proficiency in the disassembly, restoration, fabrication, and installation of cabinetry and millwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
