What we're looking for
Prior experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced fast food or restaurant environment is required. You should have hands-on experience managing a restaurant P&L — including labor, cost of goods sold, wastage, and service times — and know how to use those metrics to make smart, proactive decisions. A genuine passion for developing your team and delivering exceptional guest experiences every single day is non-negotiable. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and makes every guest love us.
We strongly prefer candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish — as the face of your restaurant, the ability to lead your team and connect with every guest in a meaningful way is central to the GYG experience.
What you'll be doing
As General Manager, this is your restaurant. You'll be responsible for the full daily operation — leading the team through busy service periods, driving crew training and development, hitting inventory and financial targets, and ensuring the guest experience never slips. You set the standard, you build the culture, and you make the calls.
But at GYG, you're never doing it alone. Our District Managers oversee just 3 to 4 locations each, which means you get real support, real face time, and a leadership team that's genuinely invested in your success. That's not something every brand can say.

- Base salary from $80k to $100k
