As the General Manager you’ll be responsible for the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, supporting crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and achieving inventory and financial management goals.
What skills & experience do I need to apply?
- Prior experience in a similar GM position, ideally from within another high volume and fast-paced fast-food company.
- Experience managing a restaurant P&L including controlling metrics such as labor, cost of goods sold, wastage, service times etc.
- A proactive approach to leadership, and a passion for developing your team.

- Base salary from $80k to $100k
- Annual bonus potential of up to 20% of your base salary
