At Guzman y Gomez, our Shift Leads are responsible for the efficient and effective management of restaurant operations on their shift. This includes operations, people management, guest experience and financial management.

What skills & experience do I need to apply?
- Prior experience leading shifts in a fast-food or other restaurant environment
- The ability to lead and motivate a shift of 10+ Crew
- Reliability, a strong worth ethic and a great attitude!
