We’re looking for a Packaging Development Specialist to join us for a 3-month contract, specifically to support us as we overhaul our catering offer, a large part of which will be around the way our catering is packaged.
Day to day you will:
- Drive packaging development projects that meet cost, quality and sustainability goals
- Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Work with existing suppliers, and source new suppliers as required to meet business needs
- Manage compliance with state and national regulations
- Oversee supplier trials and maintain packaging specs
- Support WH&S and food safety improvements
We're looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in packaging development
- Formal qualifications in Packaging Technology, Science, or Engineering
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills
