Retail Associate – The Shaft at Big Nose Kate’s
The Shaft is a unique retail space located inside Big Nose Kate’s Saloon, down the spiral staircase, featuring mostly women’s clothing, accessories, and select specialty items. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy interacting with people and creating a welcoming shopping experience for visitors from around the world.

Position Overview
Retail Associates assist guests with purchases, maintain attractive merchandise displays, and help create a positive, welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, friendly service
• Assist customers with product questions, selections, and recommendations
• Process sales and exchanges using the register system
• Build rapport with guests through conversation and attentive service
• Maintain merchandise displays and keep the sales floor organized
• Assist with stocking and organizing the stockroom
• Communicate effectively with ownership, managers, and coworkers regarding store operations and guest needs
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming retail environment

Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for several hours during a shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• May be asked to attend occasional training sessions
