Job Summary:
The Associate, FOH sets the first impression by providing the highest level of service to all customers entering the restaurant. Primary responsibilities include entering orders into MÓGŪ’s Point-of-Sale system (POS), processing cash and credit payments, helping to fulfill the dine-in or to-go orders and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets customers with a wave and smile as they enter and leave the restaurant.
- Ensures the proper cleanliness of the dining room at all times.
- Accurately process all customer transactions including cash and credit card payments.
- Responsible for learning and mastering the POS system.
- Answers customers' questions regarding the menu.
- Delivers all food to dine-in guests.
- Ensures that food is prepared correctly and returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen.
- Staying in motion to assist with other restaurant tasks such as maintaining a clean and tidy work area, cleaning the dining area.
- Constantly engaging customers in the dining room.
- Ensure customers and 3PD drivers receive the correct bags.
- Ensure all soda is pulled up neatly with labels facing outwards.
- Adhere to the company uniform policy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven working experience as a cashier or customer service recommended.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be punctual, trustworthy and honest.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and customer service skills
- Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
- Basic mathematical skills.
Education and Experience:
- Must successfully complete MÓGŪ’s training course.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 15 pounds.
