Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain STIHL and Toro outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, mowers, and trimmers.
Service rental equipment such as trenchers, stump grinders, woodchippers, excavators, skid steers, and more.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems.
Deliver and pick up rental equipment safely using company vehicles and trailers, ensuring secure transport and proper documentation.
Respond to field service calls for on-site repairs and breakdown assistance.
Maintain organized shop operations, inventory, and accurate service records.
Follow all safety protocols and provide excellent, courteous customer service.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Experience in small engine repair or equipment servicing, with knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines.
Familiarity with STIHL, Toro, and construction rental equipment is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; ability to operate delivery vehicles and tow trailers.
Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work Monday to Friday with on-call and weekend availability.
