Primary Functions:

• Aggressively pursue revenue goals and manage the annual budget
• Effectively control operational expenses and implement cost-saving strategies
• Ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards are met/exceeded
• Provide leadership support to the sales team and capitalize on revenue opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with the community

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hotel operations experience with 2 years at the management level
• Strong leadership skills and willingness to work 50+ hours per week
• Bilingual Preferred

Specific Responsibilities:

• Send daily activity and accomplishment emails
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals
• Maintain high personal visibility throughout the property
• Stay informed about local competition and industry trends
• Manage emergencies at the hotel and communicate effectively
