Bartender
We are seeking a talented and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cocktail preparation, beer and wine knowledge, and a dedication to delivering an outstanding guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits according to established recipes
- Master our specialty cocktail menu and create drinks quickly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar for efficient service
- Ensure all beverage orders are prepared in a timely manner, both at the bar and through the service bar
- Keep track of inventory and inform management of any stock needs or shortages
- Build relationships with regulars and remember guest preferences
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and monitor guest consumption
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Support team members during busy shifts and assist with drink orders when necessary
