Line Cook at Via Roma
We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be able to prepare and cook menu items to order in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock your station with necessary ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food is cooked and plated consistently and efficiently
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Communicate with kitchen team to coordinate food orders
- Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties during downtime
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
