Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations during scheduled shifts to ensure quality service and atmosphere.
- Assist in training staff on food safety practices and PRIDE systems.
- Support the General Manager in executing business plans and optimizing profit & loss.
- Ensure customer service exceeds company standards and resolve any customer concerns.
- Foster a cooperative and positive working environment for all team members.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices.
- Must be ServSafe® certifiable.
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
