Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, signature Chick-fil-A service with a smile and enthusiasm
- Work flexibly in both Front of House and Back of House roles as needed
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly kitchen and dining area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Follow all safety, dress code, and operational standards
- Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Stay updated on new products and complete ongoing training
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
