We’re in search of an enthusiastic and dependable team player to join our 13 Coins family as a General Manager. 13 Coins is an iconic establishment that has been serving the greater Seattle area for 50+ years. We are an upscale restaurant, featuring a wide variety of menu items that are prepared in our exhibition-style kitchen. Qualifications/Skills:
- 2+ years supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
- 2+ years banquet experience
- Knowledge of budget, inventory and scheduling
- Leadership skills- ability to motivate and teach
Other Responsibilities:
- Budget Management including: food, bar, labor, operating costs
- Operations: managing service standards, delegating staffing needs, bar control, kitchen control
- Coordinate facilities maintenance
- Communication/Teamwork: maintain open lines of communication with all restaurant staff
- Hiring Standards: Support restaurant orientation and initial training and lead ongoing development
- Perform additional responsibilities, although not as detailed, as requested by Senior Leadership, Ownership at any time
