Schedule & Pay
We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time availability.
Full-Time Pay: $12–$14/hour (based on experience and availability)
- Averages 35–40+ hours per week, Saturday availability required.
- Full-time team members qualify for benefits upon eligibility and receive consistent scheduling.
Part-Time Pay: $10–$13.50/hour (based on experience and availability)
- Averages 18–30 hours per week, flexible scheduling, Saturday availability required.
- Pay can increase over time based on performance, reliability, and length of service.

Your Role
- Welcome guests warmly and take orders efficiently at the counter, in the dining room, or drive-thru
- Provide excellent service and create positive guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
- Learn and uphold Chick-fil-A’s service and hospitality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 16 years or older
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions (e.g., drive-thru, dining room, outdoors)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. All new hires must complete federal employment eligibility paperwork (Form I-9) and present documents verifying identity and work authorization.
- Willing to obtain a Food Handler Certificate (instructions provided after hire; est. cost $10)
- Willing to wear or purchase non-slip, oil-resistant shoes (can be purchased after hire)
- Available Saturdays. Flexibility required, including availability to close.
- Able to work during the holiday season, including the days before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
- Flexible during training. Training may last 2–4 weeks and include fewer hours.
- Willing to submit to a background check, if required
Grooming & Appearance Policy
- Earrings: up to three plain studs per ear; one plain nose stud allowed
- Hair: neat, pulled back, natural colors only
- Facial hair: trimmed, maximum ½ inch
- Nails: short, no acrylic or press-on
- Nail polish: one solid color, no designs
- Tattoos: not visible on face, neck, or behind ears; visible tattoos must not be offensive
- False eyelashes: permitted at Operator’s discretion
