Schedule & Pay

We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time availability.


Full-Time Pay: $12–$14/hour (based on experience and availability)

  • Averages 35–40+ hours per weekSaturday availability required.
  • Full-time team members qualify for benefits upon eligibility and receive consistent scheduling.

Part-Time Pay: $10–$13.50/hour (based on experience and availability)

  • Averages 18–30 hours per week, flexible scheduling, Saturday availability required.
  • Pay can increase over time based on performance, reliability, and length of service.

Your Role

  • Welcome guests warmly and take orders efficiently at the counter, in the dining room, or drive-thru
  • Provide excellent service and create positive guest experiences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
  • Learn and uphold Chick-fil-A’s service and hospitality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 16 years or older
  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions (e.g., drive-thru, dining room, outdoors)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. All new hires must complete federal employment eligibility paperwork (Form I-9) and present documents verifying identity and work authorization.
  • Willing to obtain a Food Handler Certificate (instructions provided after hire; est. cost $10)
  • Willing to wear or purchase non-slip, oil-resistant shoes (can be purchased after hire)
  • Available Saturdays. Flexibility required, including availability to close.
  • Able to work during the holiday season, including the days before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
  • Flexible during training. Training may last 2–4 weeks and include fewer hours.
  • Willing to submit to a background check, if required

Grooming & Appearance Policy

  • Earrings: up to three plain studs per ear; one plain nose stud allowed
  • Hair: neat, pulled back, natural colors only
  • Facial hair: trimmed, maximum ½ inch
  • Nails: short, no acrylic or press-on
  • Nail polish: one solid color, no designs
  • Tattoos: not visible on face, neck, or behind ears; visible tattoos must not be offensive
  • False eyelashes: permitted at Operator’s discretion
