What you'll actually do:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards — safely, quickly, and consistently
- Rotate across kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembly, boards, prep) and know how to run each one
- Keep your station and the kitchen stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift
- Work safely around commercial kitchen equipment and flag maintenance issues before they become problems
- Complete opening/closing checklists and stay current on training and new products
What we're looking for:
- Someone who shows up on time, every time — kitchen teams fall apart fast when they can't count on each other
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where multiple orders and stations are moving at once
- Detail-oriented enough to catch a mistake before it goes out the window
- Physically able to stand for a full shift and lift/carry 1–50 lbs regularly
- Works well solo on a station but also communicates well with the rest of the line
- Prior kitchen, line-cook, or fast-paced service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right attitude
