Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a sense of urgency and excellence
- Support senior leadership and hold team members accountable for service quality
- Coach and develop team members by setting a positive example
- Participate actively in high-volume, fast-paced service activities
- Train new hires and lead shifts as a key holder
- Deliver exceptional guest service with respect and enthusiasm
- Manage cash handling tasks including counting drawers and closing procedures
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Qualifications & Requirements
