Position Overview
As a Daytime Team Member at Chick-fil-A Georgetown, you play an important role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly throughout the busiest part of the day. You’ll work alongside an energetic team to serve guests with speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality while helping create a positive environment for both guests and fellow team members.
We are looking for reliable, energetic, and team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy serving others.
Typical daytime shifts may include:
- 5AM-11AM
- 8AM- 2PM
- 11AM- 5PM
- 11AM- 2PM
- 2PM- 5PM
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive, and courteous service to every guest.
- Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate orders in the restaurant, drive-thru, and through mobile ordering.
- Prepare and serve beverages and front-of-house items.
- Ensure every order is accurate, complete, and presented according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready restaurant throughout the day.
- Restock supplies and help prepare the restaurant for the lunch rush.
- Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Communicate clearly with team members and leaders.
- Assist with opening and daytime operational responsibilities.
- Help transition the restaurant from the morning team into the afternoon/evening team.
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
- Look for opportunities to help wherever needed without waiting to be asked.
- Help create a positive and encouraging team environment.
