You are the first and last point of contact for our guests, responsible for orchestrating the rhythm of the dining room and ensuring every guest feels the "Lib's Grill" warmth from the moment they walk in.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Master the "5 Host Stand Greet Outcomes": Ensure every guest is greeted with an immediate smile, eye contact, and a sincere welcome.
- Resy Command: Expertly manage guest flow, reservations, and wait times using the Resy platform.
- Tactical Seating: Coordinate with the Manager on Duty (MOD) to optimize seating for "The Next Shift's Success."
- To-Go Excellence: Properly execute our "Triple Check Process" for all To-Go orders to ensure accuracy.
- Professionalism: Maintain a pristine entryway and adhere to the Host Uniform standards (Professional/Business Casual).

Requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Mindset: A "Cheerful and Positive Attitude" even under the pressure of a high-volume rush.
- Availability: Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (the "Joy of the Journey" happens when we are busiest!).
- Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must for our new location success.
