What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Execute the Lib’s Grill Steps of Service: Master our specific technical service steps to ensure a flawless guest journey from greet to payment.
- Master the Menu: Maintain a complete understanding of our food, craft cocktail, and BWL (Beer/Wine/Liquor) menus.
- Mise en Place: Take pride in your section, ensuring proper table setting and the removal of unnecessary items to maintain an inviting environment.
- Section Ownership: Manage your own timing, pacing, and shift bank with 100% accountability.
- The "Next Shift" Mentality: Complete all sidework—including detailing and sweeping—to set the next team up for success.

Requirements:
- Availability: MUST have open weekend availability. Weeknight availability is highly preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred; a "Willingness" to learn is mandatory.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Equipment: Must possess a wine key, lighter, and a $20 shift bank.
- Physicality: Ability to work on your feet for several hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
- Reliability: You should have reliable transportation or means of attending your scheduled shifts.
