As Lib's Grill seeks to expand our operations in 2026, we are seeking high-energy, "hospitality first" leaders to join our management team. As a manager in the Lib's Grill brand you will be the guardian of our brand values: Hospitality, Teamwork, Pursuit of Perfection, Enjoyment in Your Work, Self-Improvement and Pride. You will oversee daily FOH and HOH operations to ensure seamless service, financial profitability and a positive culture that fosters giving and growing. At our core we are "Good People, serving Good Food, to other Good People."
Responsibilities:
- Working with the GM and Executive team to assist with project management and staff management
- Managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Nurturing positive working relationships with associates
- Delegating daily tasks
- Addressing issues in a timely manner and in alignment with the brand values
- Guide new hires through their competency checklists and conduct 90-day check-ins and 6-month Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Review financial performance regularly; manage inventory, labor costs, and ordering to meet or exceed financial targets
- Actively coach and enforce "Steps of Service" for all roles, from Hosts to Bartenders.
Requirements:
- Industry experience of at least 2 years
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible means of transportation
- Flexible Schedule
- Ability to lift 10-55 pounds
- Proven ability to handle high-stress environments with composure.
- Ability to identify weaknesses and provide positive coaching where necessary and appropriate
- Computer proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Calendar, HotSchedules/7Shifts, and Toast
