As a Host, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service. The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle guest interactions efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and waitlist
- Coordinate seating and manage guest flow
- Answer phones and provide accurate wait times
- Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and lobby
- Assist with guest questions, seating needs, and accommodations
- May perform other duties as assigned

- Able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
