As a Busser/Server Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring all guests receive prompt and friendly service, creating memorable moments. In this role, you will support servers by providing excellent customer service as needed, while maintaining a clean, well-organized dining environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery
- Clear, reset, and maintain cleanliness of dining room tables
- Operate bus carts and prep dishware for washing
- Box food for guests as needed
- Restock service stations and supplies
- Help maintain a clean, organized dining environment
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, respect, and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.
- Must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 60 lbs and reach or adjust items at various heights.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required
- Must be at least 18 years old
