• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handwashing protocols strictly
• Maintain correct temperatures and storage procedures for all products
• Operate all kitchen equipment safely and follow all restaurant policies

• Master procedures and techniques with a positive attitude
• Adapt quickly to new menu items, technology, and operational changes

• Prepare every meal with consistent quality, knowing it impacts the guest experience

• Work with a sense of urgency to meet guest demand and maintain speed of service
• Keep workstations, equipment, and storage areas organized and “inspection-ready”
• Manage inventory responsibly by minimizing waste and following First In, First Out (FIFO)

Eligibility Requirements 

1. Must be at least 18 years of age
2. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks
3. Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
4. Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow
5. Commitment to adhering to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
6. Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
