What You'll Do
Client Experience & Operations
- Welcome and assist clients warmly with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage appointments, check-ins, and scheduling flow efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment
- Support clinic presentation and client comfort, including beverages and atmosphere
Lead Management & Patient Coordination
- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and online leads promptly
- Maintain accurate CRM and patient records with attention to detail
- Follow up with leads to support booking conversion and retention
- Coordinate clear communication between clients and the clinical team
Sales Training & Professional Growth
- Participate in the consultation flow and client journey to learn sales strategies
- Develop communication and conversion skills through hands-on experience
- Support booking, client retention, and treatment planning exposure
- Advance into client-facing, performance-driven roles with growth opportunities
