About This Role

We are hiring a Medical Esthetician (Lead Track) to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skin health, enjoys working closely with clients, and seeks long-term growth in a structured, supportive environment.

You will focus on delivering excellent treatments while gradually taking on more responsibility based on performance and interest.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality facials and skin treatments with consistency and attention to detail
• Build strong client relationships and support personalized recommendations
• Follow treatment protocols, service standards, and daily workflows
• Support client retention through thoughtful care and follow-up
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
• Continue learning and improving treatment techniques
• Assist with onboarding or supporting team members when needed
• Share feedback and ideas to improve services and client experience
• Grow into additional responsibilities over time based on performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on esthetic experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience is required
• (such as training, mentoring, or supporting team operations)
• Strong consistency in treatment quality and client experience
• Strong communication and client service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a med spa environment is a plus
• Experience supporting or training other aestheticians
• Strong consultation and recommendation skills
• Interest in long-term client care and treatment planning
• English required; bilingual candidates are highly valued

Compensation & Growth

• Competitive hourly base (based on experience)
