Key Responsibilities:
- Perform facials, HydraFacial®, peels, and other skincare treatments according to OHMI protocols.
- Assist clients with pre- and post-treatment care during medical aesthetic services.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and technologies in aesthetics.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Current California Esthetician License required.
- 1+ year experience in aesthetics or spa required. Experience in medspa is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare and advanced technologies is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about client care.
