As a Manager you help own different store metrics and work with other leaders and team members to meet store goals. These include things like food cost, labor, food safety, customer satisfaction scores, etc.

You will also help oversee daily shift operations, ensuring top-notch service and compliance with company standards. Specific responsibilities will include team member breaks, speed-of-service, labor goals, counting cash, as well as, opening, closing, and managing the restaurant in lieu of other leadership.

Most shifts you will lead anywhere from 6-10 team members at a time.
