Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards and food safety regulations.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership.
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times, including: wash dishes (be able to fully submerge hands in water) and surfaces with restaurant grade cleaners.
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with new products and training rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
- Complete all tasks and duties as assigned and in a timely manner.
- Have the ability to lift and carry 20lbs on a regular basis.
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.

Competitive Pay / Hourly Wage:
- $16/hr for High Availability
- $14/hr for Moderate Availability
- $12/hr for Limited Availability
(To meet high availability requirements, the team member must be able to work 35+ hours per week. *Availability expectations vary per pay wage)
Opportunity for Raises:
- Completion of Advanced Team Member Requirements: 50¢
- Completion of Team Captain Requirements: 50¢
- Completion of Shift Leader Requirements: $1
- Long Term Career Opportunities = $20/hr to $24+/hr
