Front of House Team Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service and genuine hospitality to ensure all guests receive a remarkable, signature Chick-fil-A experience.

Competitive Pay / Hourly Wage:
- $16/hr for High Availability
- $14/hr for Moderate Availability
- $12/hr for Limited Availability
(To meet high availability requirements, the team member must be able to work 35+ hours per week. *Availability expectations vary per pay wage)
Opportunity for Raises:
- Completion of Advanced Team Member Requirements: 50¢
- Completion of Team Captain Requirements: 50¢
- Completion of Shift Leader Requirements: $1
- Long Term Career Opportunities = $20/hr to $24+/hr
