- Provide excellent customer service and genuine hospitality to ensure all guests receive a remarkable, signature Chick-fil-A experience.
- Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests through smiling, eye contact, and meaningful conversation.
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly in face-to-face and drive-thru positions while paying careful attention to details.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest environment.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain high speed-of-service standards.
