- The work is physically demanding. Every team member must demonstrate an ability to work on their feet for several hours, lift boxes of product that weigh up to 40 lbs., work outdoors in hot & cold temperatures, all while maintaining “REMARKable” Customer Service.
- Has reliable transportation to show up on-time for every shift.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant by creating line-ups, coaching team members, and leading shifts.
- Set the tone for the shift, and act as a role model for our team as a friendly, encouraging team player.
- Deliver guest recovery with excellence to meet guests' needs and resolve problems with empathy.
- Complete opening and/or closing responsibilities, as assigned.
- Be responsible and dependable to handle money, count drawers, and finalize the day's operations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, while upholding professionalism and integrity.
- Manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues through coaching or disciplinary measures.
- Executes Chick-fil-A's hospitality model with excellence - smile, create and maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make emotional connections with guests.
This job is not for everyone. During peak hours, we serve HUNDREDS of guests in an hour. While serving our guests with quality, hot food, we must keep our store spotless and well-stocked.
