As a Kitchen Team Member, you will help prepare our menu items with care and precision while working alongside a team that values teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.
This is a unique opportunity to help build the culture and systems of a brand-new Chick-fil-A restaurant from the very beginning.
Pay
$14–$18 per hour
Compensation is based on interview performance, availability, experience, and attitude.
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred.
Schedule
We are hiring night shift team members who can work 3–5 shifts per week, averaging 20–40 hours per week, with availability during evening and closing shifts.
Ideal candidates enjoy working evenings and take pride in helping close the kitchen strong each night.
