Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Coach and influence for improved work performance
- Coach the team on following correct procedures and meeting service expectations
- See the entirety of the operation and encourages a one team mentality amongst all team members
Food Safety
- Adhere to all food safety standards
- Coach all team members on food safety standards and any new food safety processes or procedures
Speed Of Service
- Track speed of service regularly and motivates the team to achieve speed of service goals
- Exemplify hustle to other leaders and team members
Accuracy
- Track order accuracy
- Values giving guests a remarkable experience through accurate orders.
