Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts effectively to deliver great food and outstanding guest service
- Serve as a positive role model, coaching and mentoring team members to build a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with operational and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Passion for the restaurant industry and strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A genuine, friendly, and smiling personality
- Preferred 1-2 years of restaurant experience
- Must be 20 years or older with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
