Closing Team Member (11:30pm Finish)

Closing Team Member (11:30 PM Finish)

Chick-fil-A Citygate | Starting at $17.00/hour — Earn Up to $20/hour!

Night owls, this one's for you! Work hard, build valuable skills, and grow your pay — no degree or leadership position required.

Are you a night owl who takes pride in doing things right? At Chick-fil-A Citygate, our Closing Team Members play an important role in serving our guests, supporting their teammates, and getting the restaurant ready for a fresh start the next morning.

You'll start at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $20 per hour as you develop your skills, cross-train, and take on additional responsibilities.

You don't need a college degree or a leadership title to work toward higher pay! We believe in helping team members grow, recognize their progress, and build skills that make a difference.

If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to help us finish every day strong, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

  • Work in the Kitchen or Front of House, depending on your strengths, training, and restaurant needs.
  • Kitchen: Prepare food, maintain quality and food safety standards, clean and sanitize workstations, organize supplies, and complete closing procedures.
  • Front of House: Serve guests, maintain clean dining areas, restock supplies, and help close the restaurant.
  • Complete end-of-night cleaning, stocking, and other closing responsibilities to prepare the restaurant for the next business day.
  • Work together with your teammates to keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly.
  • Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for hospitality, cleanliness, food safety, and quality.

Grow Your Skills. Grow Your Pay.

You don't have to become a leader to earn up to $20 per hour!

At Chick-fil-A Citygate, you can work toward higher pay by learning new skills, becoming proficient in additional positions, and taking on more responsibilities.

Depending on your role, training, and performance, opportunities to grow include:

  • Cross-Training: Learn additional Kitchen and Front of House positions, expand your abilities, and become a more versatile team member.
  • Breading and Specialized Kitchen Skills: Develop valuable skills in breading, food preparation, and other kitchen operations.
  • Expanded Responsibilities: Build proficiency in your current role, learn new tasks, and take greater ownership of your work.
  • Leadership Development: Interested in becoming a leader someday? Build the skills and experience to pursue future leadership opportunities. However, a leadership position isn't required to work toward higher pay.

Your starting rate doesn't have to be your final rate. We want to help team members who work hard, learn new skills, and contribute to the team grow their earning potential over time.

Pay increases depend on skill development, performance, and the restaurant's compensation practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who can reliably work scheduled closing shifts through 11:30 PM.
  • Reliable transportation and a dependable way to get home after late-night shifts.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to finish tasks thoroughly.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude, even during busy shifts or late-night cleaning.
  • Flexibility to work in the Kitchen or Front of House as needed.
  • Someone who takes pride in doing a job well and is interested in learning new skills.

Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and a commitment to doing your best are what matter most.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Earn up to $20/hour: Start at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities to increase your pay as you develop your skills.
  • Opportunities for raises: Cross-train, learn breading and other specialized skills, and expand your responsibilities to work toward higher pay.
  • No degree required: You don't need a college degree or a leadership position to pursue your earning potential.
  • A team that finishes strong: Work alongside teammates who support one another and take pride in a job well done.
  • Stay active: Keep moving in a fast-paced environment where your shift flies by.
  • Build valuable skills: Develop responsibility, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills that can benefit you well beyond this job.
  • Room to grow: Gain experience, build confidence, and explore future advancement opportunities.
