Front of House Closing Team Member

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Evening shifts ending at approximately 11:00–11:15 PM (Please only apply if you are able to work this timing each shift)

Position Overview

We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and guest-focused individuals to join our Chick-fil-A team as Front of House Closing Team Members! In this role, you will spend part of your shift providing excellent guest service and supporting daily restaurant operations before transitioning into closing responsibilities to ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for the next day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to all guests.
• Take orders, process payments, prepare beverages, and fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining room, front counter, and other Front of House areas.
• Complete assigned closing tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, sweeping, mopping, restocking supplies, and taking out trash.
• Prepare the restaurant for the following day's operations.
• Work alongside the closing team to ensure all responsibilities are completed before leaving.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellent guest service.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and closing duties in addition to regular Front of House responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Scheduling & Availability

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with shift start times varying based on availability and restaurant needs.

All applicants must be available to work through closing, typically until 11:00–11:15 PM. Team members must remain at the restaurant until their assigned closing responsibilities are completed and they are released by the closing leader.
