Goals:

1. Grow and guard the business by being hyper-focused on producing 100-percent guest satisfaction and Top 20 percent CEM scores in speed of service, taste, cleanliness, food safety, attentive/courteous, and order accuracy scores.

2. Positively impact employees by ensuring they are learning and developing through training competition and feedback, protecting and providing a “positive impact, high five” culture, and handling/addressing human resource management challenges/problems.


Essential Functions of this Position:

  • Understand and enforce federal and local health code regulations
  • Always understand and enforce all CFA Altoona policies and procedures and without exception
  • Oversee the correct execution of all training plans, Leadership Programs, and training materials for growth and developments
  • Document and inform Leadership Team of employee-related matters including developmental progress/completion and HR matters
  • Evaluate operations and assess where help/changes need to be made to execute properly
  • Finalize day on time and correctly
  • Observe and ensure all food safety standards are met at all times and the store maintains a Food Safety Score of Elite
  • Balance all drawers and money daily with 100 percent accuracy
  • Ensure that the kitchen and front of the house is always cleaned and organized with a special emphasis on areas that have potential to be cross contaminated
  • Demonstrate diligence to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold everyone accountable for always meeting brand standards while working

  • Inform Team Members of daily expectations, setups, and goals to create a collaborative team
  • Maintain a positive and consistent work environment by ensuring a structured and efficient work environment always
  • Communicate store performance to employees via communication channels weekly
  • Extensively communicate with the Leadership Team about performance needs and shift successes/challenges
  • Communicate respectfully to guests while serving and handling any mistakes/problems
  • Create motivating goals and celebrate achievements of the store and of the employees by highlighting strong performance
  • Communicate the mission and vision of the store to employees and focus employees on achieving store goals
  • Be a “feedback champion” and ensure that Leaders are always providing feedback to employees as they progress in building their skillset
  • Create a focused but fun atmosphere in the Restaurant by building friendly and firm relationships with employees
  • Handle crucial conversations will Team Members and Leaders about work performance when necessary
  • Ensure the work environment always is one that provides purpose, some play, and positive performance

Candidate must be SYSTEMS-ORIENTED, RESULTS-DRIVEN, COMPETITIVE, and a strong PRIORITY MANAGER. Candidate must also possess a CARING, ENGROSSED ATTITUDE and care about DEVELOPING OTHERS TO THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have previous Chick-fil-A Leadership Experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • A college degree is preferred but not required
  • Operations Management, Systems-Oriented, and Detail-oriented
  • Ambitious, Enthusiastic, and a People-first Mentality

  • Must be willing to work mid-shifts and evening shifts

  • Management Experience: 3 years (Required)
  • Leadership Experience: 3 years (Required)
  • Restaurant management: 3 years (Required)
  • Training and Development: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $77,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
