Goal 1: Oversee and lead a specific restaurant area (FOH or BOH) during breakfast and late night to ensure it is set up for success to provide total guest satisfaction. Assist the leadership team to achieve store goals while leading. Train and supervise employees to uphold standards related to quality and food safety.
Goal 2: Oversee and execute caterings, food safety/quality audits, cleanliness, and inventory management initiatives by ensuring proper and accurate execution, documentation, completion, organizing and reporting.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant at all times
- Complete cleaning checklists and food safety/quality audits in an accurate and on-time manner
- Execute fast service, order accuracy, taste standards, and attentive/courteous initiatives with guests during breakfast and/or late night
- Inspect the areas of the restaurant to a clean and safe environment for guests
- Oversee and maintain cash accountability systems (FOH) and food safety systems (BOH)
- Take prompt corrective action to handle complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- Utilize all catering resources to properly execute on-time catering orders for 100-percent guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and quality standards for catering orders
- Demonstrate work scheduling flexibility to stay late or come in early to complete catering
- Ensure equipment is clean, operational, organized, and stored correctly
- Ensure employees are handling job responsibilities to properly serve our guests
- Oversee and execute a team that can provide fast and accurate service for guests
- Develop employees by training them on positions, performance, and behavioral standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be able to meet all performance goals daily
- Utilize professional communication skills and meet leadership behavioral standards
- Possess an exceptional attendance score
- Must be able to open the store and/or close the store
- Must be proficient with technology
- Must be willing to obtain ServSafe certification
- Must be able to work at least 4 to 5 days per week
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently to serve others
- Must be conscientious and ensure the store is always set up for success, organized, and clean
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
