Key Responsibilities: Recruit, Train, Retain Talent
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Lead all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
- Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Set and maintain high hiring standards
Training & Development
- Design and execute an aggressive training program for all team members
- Develop future leaders through structured coaching and mentorship
- Ensure all team members are trained to deliver operational excellence
Leadership Development
- Identify, coach, and develop high-potential leaders
- Build a strong internal leadership pipeline
- Partner with Director of Operations to elevate leadership performance
Culture & Team Experience
- Champion a positive, high-performance culture rooted in accountability and growth
- Model excellence, professionalism, and leadership in every interaction
- Drive engagement, retention, and team morale
Performance Management
- Oversee evaluations, feedback systems, and accountability structures
- Address team member relations with professionalism and clarity

- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures
- Maintain organized HR systems, documentation, and processes

Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR or leadership experience

Work Schedule & Location
- Full-time on-site position
- Flexible shifts including 8 and 10-hour shifts, day and night
- Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability required
