Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all daily operations across Front of House, Back of House, and Drive-Thru
- Ensure excellence in speed, accuracy, food quality, and guest experience
Leadership Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Directors, Managers, and Team Leaders
- Build a strong leadership pipeline and culture of ownership
Performance Management
- Drive key business metrics including sales, transaction count, labor, and profitability
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements
Food Safety & Quality
- Ensure safe, clean, and compliant operations at all times
- Maintain high standards for food quality and consistency
Strategic Execution
- Execute business initiatives aligned with growth and operational goals
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and team performance

Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably multi-unit or senior leadership

Work Schedule & Environment

- Includes weekend availability, holidays, overtime, and on-call duties
