Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house operations including register, drive-thru, and dining room
- Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for every guest
- Develop and coach front-of-house leaders and team members
- Monitor and improve guest experience metrics
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule

- Day and night shifts available
