Position Overview
The Back of House Supervisor is responsible for supporting kitchen operations and ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to Chick-fil-A’s high standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, speed, and team development in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts in the kitchen and ensure consistent and high-level BOH operations
- Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Coach and develop team members during shifts
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in food preparation
- Assist with inventory, prep planning, and waste control
- Communicate with FOH to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Help train new team members and reinforce procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ year of kitchen or leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Commitment to food safety and operational excellence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
