Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee front-of-house operations including register, drive-thru, and dining areas
- Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for every guest
- Coach and support team members in real time to maintain high standards
- Assist with training new hires and reinforcing company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all guest-facing spaces
- Handle guest concerns professionally and with care
- Communicate effectively with back-of-house and leadership teams
Qualifications
- 1+ year of leadership or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Positive attitude and passion for serving others
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and overtime
