Back of House Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Operate various kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly kitchen environment at all times
- Stock kitchen inventory and assist with opening or closing tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and report maintenance issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with new products and complete required training
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code and company policies
