Front of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service with a smile and eye contact
- Take customer orders, operate the register, and assemble food items accurately
- Work efficiently in the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, or kitchen as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Support lunch and dinner operations, including restocking and closing duties
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Follow Chick-fil-A’s vision, values, and dress code consistently
